Pricing & Currency: All prices listed on baboonboards.com are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.
Errors & Corrections: While we strive to ensure accurate pricing and stock levels, technical glitches or typographical errors may occur. Baboon Boards reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders affected by erroneous pricing (e.g. R0 items), and issue full refunds.
Stock Availability: Stock availability is shared between our physical shop in Westlake and our online store. If an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative, store credit, or a full refund.
Order Acceptance: Placing an order online constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only legally accepted and confirmed once payment has cleared and the items are dispatched.
Payment Gateway (Payfast): All online payments are securely processed through Payfast. By completing a transaction, you agree to Payfast's processing terms and confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
All shipments, store collections, and returns are subject to our standard Shipping & Returns Policy:
Delivery: Deliveries are fulfilled nationwide across South Africa via The Courier Guy within an estimated 2 – 3 business days. Free delivery applies to orders over R900.
Click & Collect: In-store pickups are collected at 460 Main Rd, Westlake, Cape Town. Please bring order confirmation and ID.
Returns & Exchanges: Eligible items in unused/unskated condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase in accordance with our return guidelines.
SAFETY WARNING: Skateboarding is an inherently dangerous extreme sport that carries risk of physical injury or property damage. Users participate in skateboarding activities entirely at their own risk.
Decks / Wood: Snapped boards, razor tail, chip-offs, or impact cracks resulting from tricks or incorrect landings are considered normal operational wear and tear and are NOT covered by warranty.
Hardware & Components: Hardware components (trucks, wheels, bearings) are covered against manufacturing defects by their respective suppliers. We will assist in facilitating legitimate warranty claims with the manufacturer.
All content on baboonboards.com — including logos, graphics, images, text, code, and design assets — is the property of Baboon Boards and protected by South African copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Baboon Boards, its directors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Injury or damage arising from the use or misuse of skateboarding equipment purchased from us.
