If you’re battling with what board to get (excuse the pun), the Battle Axe should be your board of choice. It is constructed of vertically laminated bamboo giving the board a nice spring, making it extremely comfortable for both cruising and carving. Furthermore it boasts huge wheel cutouts, so wheelbite is not an option, no matter what wheel you choose. The board is drop mounted to give it added stability and its low center of gravity makes pushing easier.
